PLEASE NOTE : Accommodation bookings are indicated as "booked" for the nights staying at the gite

La Guépinière is open all year round. Prices are inclusive of all gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels

We would however, respectfully ask clients to supply their own towels for use around the swimming pool or if going to the beach.
Our bookings run from 4pm on Saturday until 10am on the following Saturday unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed in writing.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR - our charges for 2013 for the festive season are £185.00 per night inclusive

Should you require a shorter break or even bed & breakfast please do not hesitate to contact us for availablilty.

We are also happy to accommodate people (where possible) wishing to stay for longer periods - please contact us for rates and availability.

25% of the holiday total is required to secure a booking. We ask for a £250.00 security deposit which is refundable within 7 days of departure provided nothing is amiss with the gite.

A charge of £75.00 will be included on our invoice to cover the cost of cleaning the gite should it not be left in an clean and proper manner on departure. This will, hopefully, always be refunded as well.
